LaSante Health Center is seeking an Administrative Receptionist who will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests on our new Healthcare Mobile Unit , as well as overseeing administrative duties for the medical team. This position involves scheduling appointments, clarifying intake procedures for new patients, verifying insurance, and handling payment transactions.
Responsibilities :
· Greet patients professionally both in person and over the phone
· Enter precise information into Electronic Health Records.
· Coordinate patient appointments, providing guidance on required documents and arrival times.
· Serve as a liaison between patients and the health Center, directing inquiries accordingly.
· Ensuring availability of treatment information by retrieving and updating patient records
· Verify insurance
· Assist with any additional tasks directed by supervisor with diligence and efficiency.
Qualifications :
· Customer service and insurance verification experience preferred
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
