About the Role

Are you a Property & Casualty Claim Adjuster ready for a new challenge? Responsibilities

• Advocate for policyholders throughout the claims process
• Evaluate property damage and review estimates/documentation
• Develop accurate claim valuations and strategies
• Act as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers
• Guide clients through complex claims with clarity and confidence
• Work alongside experienced public adjusters
• Obtain your Public Adjuster license (fully sponsored by UPA)

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Property & Casualty (P&C) claims
• In-depth understanding of property claims and policy coverage analysis

Required Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Driven to succeed in a client-centered environment
