Mixer Truck DriverKnight's Companies is seeking a Mixer Truck Driver to join our Hampton team. This role is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a ready-mix truck while delivering high-quality concrete products to our customers. This position plays a critical role in representing our company values, ensuring safety, and providing exceptional customer service on every delivery.What You'll Do:Safely operate a concrete mixer truck in compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies.Deliver concrete to job sites efficiently and accurately.Inspect loads to ensure proper mix consistency and quality (slump, texture, color, etc.).Verify delivery instructions and job site locations before departing the plant.Maintain communication with plant personnel and dispatch for delivery coordination.Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service at all times.Complete required paperwork including delivery tickets, logs, and inspection reports.Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on equipment.Maintain truck cleanliness and perform minor maintenance as needed.Participate in safety meetings and adhere to all safety standards.Support plant operations and assist team members when needed.What We Offer:$2,000 Sign-On BonusCompetitive pay with opportunities for growthMedical, Dental, and Vision InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays401(k) with Company MatchShort-Term Disability (STD)Long-Term Disability (LTD)Company-Paid Life InsuranceRequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferredValid Commercial Driver's License (CDL Class A or B) requiredValid REAL ID in state of residence requiredMust be at least: 18 years of age for operations in South Carolina21 years of age for operations in GeorgiaMinimum of one (1) year of CDL driving experience requiredAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in EnglishClean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), including: No DUI/DWI violations within the past five (5) yearsNo more than three (3) moving violations within the past three (3) yearsBasic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)Bilingual skills are a plus
