Milwaukee Nephrologists is looking for a Medical Secretary/Receptionist for our Glendale/Rivercenter Offices!Come work for a Nephrology Practice wholly dedicated to excellent patient Care!We are a patient centered physician group operating mainly in Milwaukee and Ozaukee Counties. Milwaukee Nephrologists sees patients in all stages of chronic kidney disease as well as acute kidney conditions.The hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Evenings, weekends, and Holidays are yours!Job DescriptionWe are looking for an energetic individual to join our medical practice team as a medical secretary/receptionist.Duties include:Checking in patients and updating demographicsRouting phone callsMaking patient appointmentsPreparing for and assisting in provider clinicsBeing positive and professional when working with patientsOther clerical duties in the medical officeSkills and Abilities that will make you successful in this role:Understanding of medical terminology and previous medical office experience a plusAbility to travel to multiple clinics as neededKnowledge of Electronic health records Experience with EPIC is a plus!Milwaukee Nephrologists offers competitive pay, health, dental, and vision insurance as well as employer paid Short Term, Lont Term, and term life insurance.
