Patient Relations Coordinator Genesis Brain Institute Full-Time | In Office Pay: $23 per hour We’re looking for a friendly, personable Patient Relations Coordinator who enjoys helping people and makes patients feel welcome from their first conversation with our clinic. This role combines front desk support, patient communication, billing, and program sales. You’ll help patients schedule care, understand pricing, and learn about our performance programs for athletes and individuals looking to improve their physical function and overall performance. Introduce our performance programs, answer questions, and help interested patients enroll. • Support daily office operations. Confidence discussing billing, pricing, and program options. • Comfort using computers and learning scheduling and billing systems. • Reliability and availability to work the full in-office schedule. Bilingual communication skills. • Medical office, patient services, billing, or front desk experience. • Familiarity with medical terminology. • Customer service or sales experience, especially explaining services and pricing.
