About the Role

\n

This is a unique opportunity to build and define the FP&A and corporate finance function within a high-growth fintech.

\n

\n

As Head of FP&A, you will act as a key partner to the finance leadership team and wider business, translating financial data into clear insights that support strategic decision-making and growth.

\n

\n

The role is highly visible and offers significant ownership across financial planning, forecasting, modelling, reporting and strategic finance.

\n

\n

What You'll Do

\n

\n
• Partner with the VP of Finance on the annual budget, quarterly forecasts and long-range financial plan.
\n
• Own key financial modelling, analysis and forecasting responsibilities across the business.
\n
• Build and develop financial models and performance metrics covering revenue growth, unit economics, customer behaviour, pricing and other key business drivers.
\n
• Lead monthly and quarterly financial reporting, variance analysis, KPI tracking and management commentary.
\n
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations and Engineering to develop assumptions, assess plans and provide financial insight.
\n
• Improve and automate FP&A processes, tools and reporting infrastructure as the company scales.
\n
• Support fundraising, board reporting, due diligence and wider strategic finance initiatives.
\n

What We're Looking For

\n

\n
• 7+ years of experience across FP&A, corporate finance, transaction advisory or Big Four audit.
\n
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting and scenario analysis capabilities.
\n
• Excellent understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow dynamics.
\n
• Ability to translate complex financial analysis into clear commercial insights for senior leadership.
\n
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment.
\n
• Experience with BI, data analytics, SQL or modern FP&A platforms is advantageous.
\n
• Experience with SaaS metrics such as ARR, churn, cohorts, CAC and LTV is preferred.
\n
• Startup or high-growth technology experience is a strong plus.
\n
• MBA, CPA or similar qualification preferred.
\n

Working Environment

This is an in-office role, Monday–Friday , designed around close collaboration with the wider team. Relocation support can be discussed for candidates currently based elsewhere.
